Personal: Art has a goal to golf at each of the top 100 golf courses in the world. He’s slowly playing his way through the list, though the top three are off of the list.
Chief Financial Officer
Role: Scott is the Chief Financial Officer, at CBS where his responsibilities include Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing, Inventory, and Payroll. Prior to joining CBS, Scott was CFO of a SaaS tech ed company for seven years, helping them scale and grow. Scott is originally from Seattle, WA, where he graduated with a degree in Accounting from the University of Washington. He then moved to Southern California to earn an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Chief Technology Officer
Role: Joseph is responsible for the development and shipment of the NorthStar family of software products and services. He’s an Agile enthusiast and uses the Scrum Framework to build hyper-productive teams who deliver high business valued shippable products time and time again. Certifications: Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner.
Hometown: Fullerton, CA
Personal: Joseph is a happy family man (family of 6), musician and outdoors enthusiast.
Chief Operating Officer
Role: Jeremy grew up in the business and has worked in every department. He has spent time in Support where he was on the front lines doing installs and solving customer problems. Later he moved into a sales and product development role and today Jeremy’s focus is on customer acquisition and successful product deployment.
Hometown: Freehold, NJ. Raised in Chino, CA.
Personal: Jeremy’s “claim to fame” is that he was born in the same hospital as Bruce Springsteen. He completed his first marathon in October, 2011 and has run several since. Jeremy is active in philanthropic activities with his church and is the proud father of four children.

Most recently, she served as Implementation Services Manager with responsibility for project management, production/staging, database management and training. The implementation team serves clients nationwide as well as internationally through CBS’s engagement with clients in the cruise line industry. “Ann has consistently delivered world-class service to our clients on many projects over the years. Her leadership will continue to help CBS to achieve our objective of being the best partner to our clients in the restaurant technology industry. As Director of Client Services, Ann will be responsible for implementation, support services, central repair and field services.
