Allie Haskell

Role: Allie is responsible for Support Services as well as the Implementation Team and services. She came to CBS 10 years ago with restaurant experience and people management in the hospitality industry. Her leadership will continue to help CBS to achieve our objective of delivering experiences through our services and products that positively impact every customer, employee, and partner.

Personal: When Allie isn’t at work she is at home with her two kids playing her proudest role as Mom. She grew up locally playing competitive sports like Soccer and track and field. Her goal in life is to live it to the fullest and be there for her family and friends. If you cant seem to track her down, chances are she is somewhere chasing her kids around.

Jason Robert
Manager of Logistics and Hardware Service
Role:Warehouse Operations and Production Floor now report into the Logistics and Production Department. Bringing these two departments together will provide greater synergy between these areas. Led by Jason Robert, this department now includes Shipping/Receiving and Production. His desire to provide great customer service, to both our internal customers (team members) as well as our external customers is the epitome of what we stand for and value. His attentiveness and focus on customer service will lead us to provide a greater customer experience, creating what we want and strive for: raving fans.

Michael Opdyke
Support Center Assistant Manager
Role: Michael is responsible for leading the Support desk in the CBS Dallas office. He comes to CBS with extensive managerial experience the technical support field. Michael leads with goal of enriching the experience of CBS customers, as well as the quality of the support desk. With this goal in mind, Michael hopes to deliver the best possible customer experience available, while helping CBS to continuously grow and prosper.

Personal: Michael is deeply passionate about martial arts. He practices daily and assists with teaching class at his local dojo. Outside of the Dojo, Michael enjoys taking in live music in small local venues.
Andres Madrigal
Support Center CA Team Lead
Role: Andres is responsible for the CBS Support team during the evening hours, both in the Irvine office and Dallas Office. Andres came into CBS with 14+ years of Computer Science experience, having managed the local network of a major electronics store for 10 years, repairing and maintaining all components the store required to operate, both front of house and back of house. Andres’s leadership skills and ability to fix problems has earned him praise from within CBS and amongst the many clients that rely on Support to resolve their issues.

Personal: Andre’s passion is to understand how software and hardware interact when things don’t go according to plan. Learning how to think outside of the box to solve complex problems in situations no one has ever been in. Striving to unravel a puzzle even if some pieces are missing.
Mario Saucedo

Hometown: Orange County, CA
Personal: Mario enjoys spending his time away from work with friends and family. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys cheering on his favorite team, the Los Angeles Lakers.

Personal: William loves spending time with his family, teaching good morals, respect and faith. When not at work, he enjoys cooking a special dinner for his whole family. He is very involved and dedicated in the ministry of his church. He enjoys traveling, especially to Mexico. William likes to collect and listen to good music.

Angel Melendez

Personal: Angel enjoys distance running, cooking/baking, astronomy, spending time with his cat Squirrel and space science fiction. A great relaxing day for Angel would be a Sunday afternoon laying in the sun with his cat just taking in the rays. He would like to retire one day and open up a cookie store.

Personal: One of Kennetha’s personal goals is to always excel in anything that she begins. She is always on the lookout for better ways of self-perseverance. She has a love for Baseball and Softball, and on the weekends you will find her at the Softball fields or at a Baseball game somewhere. Kennetha loves reading, crafting, working with Special Needs children and Marriage Counseling. Kennetha and her husband are both Certified Christian Counselors and love the challenges that it brings to them to assist in overcoming. She works through her personal challenges every day of knowing that “Life will never bring you more than you can handle.”

Personal: Matt enjoys traveling and cooking cuisine inspired by cultures local as well as abroad. He has been singing and playing music from the age of 6. He loves getting together with friends and family, enjoying this pastime is a great passion. He is active in the Caddo Lake Institute, The Walden Woods Project, and other environmental/wildlife conservation campaigns.
Brandin Benson

Hometown: Chino Hills, CA
Personal: Brandin is an avid golfer, both ball golf and disc golf. He spends his free time with his fiance and his dog traveling around the country and abroad. He plans to visit all of the U.S. National Parks and plans to play at least one golf course in every state. He and his fiance also enjoy trivia, and he considers himself a gifted Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune player.
Bryan Clayton

Personal: Bryan loves spending his free time with his husband and pets, as well as playing video games, making music, and reading. He also enjoys spending time volunteering at the local animal shelter to help find the animals the perfect forever homes.
