Her unwavering zeal for nurturing both individuals and the finely-tuned processes that empower her teams stands as a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence.
Jeremy grew up in the business and has worked in every department. He has spent time in Support where he was on the front lines doing installs and solving customer problems. Later he moved into a sales and product development role and today Jeremy’s focus is on customer acquisition and successful product deployment.
A true ops guy at heart with close to 30 years in the restaurant and hospitality business, Rick has a passion for people, processes and productivity. He leads the operations team which includes Staging & Configuration, Depot and Field services, Procurement, eCommerce, and Internal IT. As a previous client of and consultant for CBS, he is aware of the needs for all involved to execute efficiently and strives to deliver a positive experience day in and day out.
Anthony oversees the software product and development efforts, our cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and works with our partners and customers to ensure that our software meets their needs. He has deep cloud experience as well as experience with Point of Sale, back-office, and labor management software in restaurant, hospitality, and grocery stores. He loves delighting customers and partners with reliable and easy-to-use software that drives results in an industry that is continuously evolving.
