Application Support’s mission is to create and improve upon the software and tools CBS uses to provide the best experience to our customers.
App Support focuses on several areas:
- Provide release management so CBS can deliver consistent versions of its software
- Provide quality assurance services before releasing software so we can avoid unforeseen issues with new software
- Plan for changes in released software, so customers and employees know when software is changing, why it’s changing, and what actions they need to take.
- Ensure that the implementation and support teams have supporting materials to do their jobs efficiently, including useful documentation and tools.
Through this blog, we hope to communicate what we’re working on, but more importantly we want to get your feedback. App Support exists to serve you.
