Right now, Application Support is a pretty small team. Although we share some responsibilities, each of us focuses on a certain area.
Jeremy Julian is our manager. He is passionate about leading teams who make us all better, and loves to grow the people who are making that happen.
Ken Macalino leads quality assurance/Release Management. He loves to break things. His focus is working closely with our development team to ensure new software is tested and new issues are found before they make it to the field. He also writes the release notes that coincides with the release of the software.
Craig Mattern leads research and development (and adventure). His strong background in hardware and software helps him develop ways to implement and support new products like handhelds.
Brad Burns is the lead for Change Management. He works on finding ways to make our software installation easier so we can be more successful every day. That includes building new installation media and researching tools to make our current software easier to implement.
Thank you for your continued support and trust in CBS. We're grateful for each and every one of you.
We're going back to the universal language of love and a symbol of families for many: food.
At times when our family is away, food, or the warm memories of gatherings bring us home.
Our CBS family is happy to share with you this recipe book of our favorite dishes to bring us all closer this holiday season. When we can't celebrate the holiday season with those we love, we hope that sharing our favorite recipes brings some bright joy to you and yours.
Know that CBS is always here for you, there is always someone on the other side of a phone. If you just need someone to talk to, give us a call. We are here to not only support your restaurants but your people as well.
Please enjoy these recipes from our families' kitchens and some of our client's kitchens.
