Ann joined Custom Business Solutions six years ago and has advanced in the company, assuming positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Implementation Services Manager with responsibility for project management, production/staging, database management and training. The implementation team serves clients nationwide as well as internationally through CBS’s engagement with clients in the cruise line industry.
