Custom Business Solutions’ Ryan Williams Awarded Retail Solutions Providers Association NextGen Grant

The Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA), the only trade association dedicated to the Point of Sale technology ecosystem, has selected Custom Business Solutions (CBS) marketing and sales manager Ryan Williams to receive a NextGen grant.

The NextGen grants, given annually to five of the industry’s brightest stars, encourage higher-level solution and service engagement for the industry’s future leaders. By supporting the next generation of leaders, RPSA is promoting increasing innovation and better solutions support for operators.

Williams will be attending the upcoming INSPIRE 2019 with a new outlook on the future of the industry and how CBS and its solutions set fulfill the needs of customers in all aspects of hospitality.

As one of the nation’s largest and most successful POSitouch point of sale resellers, CBS has a strong track record of delivering value and results for customers. As the developers of the NorthStar POS suite, CBS has an in-depth understanding of the technology that drives future systems.

It’s the combination of these two business tracks that drives Williams’ insight and knowledge of the front and back end of the point of sale platform. At RSPA Inspire 2019, Williams looks to learn from seasoned professionals to improve his real world applications of innovation and even business development.

Williams has held various roles at CBS in marketing and client service received his MBA from the University of Kentucky and is the co-host of the popular and industry recognized podcast “Restaurant Technology Guys.”
