The Central Repair Center is staffed with extensively trained and knowledgeable hardware repair technicians certified on the latest technologies and products.

The Central Repair Center is an IBM certified and Epson certified facility. We perform warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for a variety of Original Equipment Manufacturers’ makes and models. Due to the level of experience and knowledge, plus the ability to participate in life cycle management of equipment, the Central Repair Center is able to extend the life of equipment well past the manufacturer’s end-of-life.

CBS Central Repair Center provides our in-house Support Center and Field Service Teams with hands-on training and exposure to how the equipment reacts and functions.

CBS stocks a complete inventory of spare service parts and equipment to allow for quick, often same day, turn around on most repair actions. Not only do we repair the equipment to full manufacturer’s operating specifications, but the equipment is cleaned and refurbished as to be nicely presentable to our customers.

    (IRVINE, CA) 8.23.2019 – Custom Business Solutions (CBS), developers of NorthStar POS, the restaurant industry’s first iPad-based cloud point-of-sale system, announces today that Ann Tran has been promoted to the role of Director of Client Services.

    Ann joined Custom Business Solutions six years ago and has advanced in the company, assuming positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Implementation Services Manager with responsibility for project management, production/staging, database management and training. The implementation team serves clients nationwide as well as internationally through CBS’s engagement with clients in the cruise line industry. “Ann has consistently delivered world-class service to our clients on many projects over the years.
