$100 in cash per attendee is added directly to the tip. Our partneres and us cover the food cost so the full tip goes to the staff.

What started as a simple idea turned into a night we’ll never forget.
The first-ever Big Tipper Dinner brought together a mix of restaurant operators, vendors, and industry friends for one shared mission: to eat well, connect deeply, and leave behind something that truly matters.
At the end of the night, after the pizza was gone and the laughter had settled, each guest left a $100 cash tip for the servers who took care of us
Thanks to the generosity of our attendees and even operators who couldn’t be there but sent donations in advance. We were able to leave behind a tip that was more than generous… it was life-changing…..a total of $2,000.
