Unlocking Partnership Opportunities with NorthStar

We appreciate your interest in forging a partnership with NorthStar. Here’s what you need to know about the process:

  1. Initiating a Partnership: The most straightforward path to partnering with NorthStar is through a mutual client (or prospect) requesting the integration. Once we confirm the need for the partnership, we can move forward.

  2. Mutual NDA: To ensure confidentiality, we require a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be signed and returned.

  3. Access to Our API: NorthStar proudly offers a published API for data output. Reach out to your salesperson or implementation representative to access the necessary API documentation for your team.

  4. For Loyalty Providers: If you specialize in loyalty solutions, please provide documentation detailing the required changes to incorporate your software. Loyalty integrations often involve direct interface adjustments, including UI changes. Upon request, we can provide essential interface information.

  5. For Web Ordering Solutions: NorthStar offers a dedicated API for web ordering solutions. Contact your salesperson or implementation representative for comprehensive information.

  6. Hardware Providers or Manufacturers: NorthStar certifies and integrates hardware based on the needs of our clients and resellers. If your clients are interested in utilizing your hardware and seek certification, we’ll need the equipment at our Irvine offices for a minimum of thirty (30) days. During this period, we’ll certify that the hardware seamlessly integrates with the NorthStar platform. Alternatively, if your clients prefer to conduct their own certification, please note that CBS reserves the right to charge additional fees for supporting any hardware interface issues.

  7. Fees: Currently, there are no annual fees for the software interface, but this may change in the future. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge for interface work.

  • Specific partnership requirements.
  • A proposed timeline for partnership needs and an estimated go-live date.
